Sample Repository for Neuromuscular Diseases

What we are studying

The purpose of the study is to gather information to further medical understanding of various neurological diseases including Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease and other diseases of the nervous system. You may have been diagnosed with one of these diseases or be related to someone who has been diagnosed with a neurological illness. You may be completely free of neurological disease and not be related to anyone with an illness. The materials that we will collect from you are compared with those donated by others in the study which helps us understand why these diseases occur, how they produce damage to the nervous system and what treatments might work for these conditions.
