Welcome to Rehabilitation Services at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center where a wide variety of comprehensive rehabilitation programs are offered in both inpatient and outpatient settings. 

At Wake Forest Baptist, our goal is to improve the quality of life and the abilities of each individual we serve. Following life-altering injury or illness, we will help you return to the highest level of functional independence possible within your home, job and community.

Patients enter our services from a variety of ways:

  • After an inpatient stay at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center or other hospital
  • From assisted living facilities
  • From one of our outpatient programs

Through a carefully designed plan of care, we provide services appropriate for each individual, no matter where they enter the continuum.
