Brenner Children’s Hospital, we are the experts in children’s medicine.
We have the region’s only pediatric specialists who are trained in both
pediatrics and their specialty areas, ensuring your child receives the best
care possible. We are also home to the area’s only pediatric emergency and
trauma center with equipment designed and sized specifically for children. And
each one of our doctors, nurses and staff specializes, not only in treating

Our faculty serve on national committees, sharing their expertise and setting
the standard for children’s health care in the US. Our chair of pediatrics
lends his expertise to the Infectious Diseases Committee for the American
Academy of Pediatrics and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Another Brenner pediatric researcher travels to South Africa to teach ways to
stop the spread of AIDS, while another researcher recently became the world’s
first to offer regenerative medicine and tissue engineering techniques for
pediatric urologic conditions.
