The Faculty
The Section consists of 18 faculty members (16 physician-scientists and 2 scientists) who are committed to the training of outstanding physician-investigators and clinicians. The diversity of their training backgrounds and investigator interests assures outstanding training for Fellows. Our faculty along with laboratory technicians, and clinical research coordinators and nurses, form a research core that augments the fellowship training process. Additionally, several of our faculty members have joint appointments in The Center for Genomics and Personalized Medicine Research allowing for close collaboration and other research ventures.
