The Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree is conferred upon students who have satisfactorily completed the prescribed course of study. Central to the medical curriculum is the study of the human body and the structure, function and coordination of its major systems.

Each student must pass Step 1 and Step 2 Clinical Knowledge (CK) and Clinical Skills (CS) of the examinations of the United States Medical Licensing Exam (USMLE).
