The Family Medicine Center is located on the 3rd floor of the Piedmont Plaza I building, which is in the southeast corner of the intersection of Stratford Road, Country Club Road, First Street and Miller Street, commonly known as Five Points. 

Free parking is available in front of the building, with access from First Street or Miller Street.
