Patient Photography

We are available to photograph patients in their room, in your clinic, in our studio or in the OR. We are equipped for all types of photography from intra-oral to full body. We are available 8-5 M-F and after hours by request. Although we prefer that you schedule a photographer in advance, we are prepared to immediately respond to your requests. We generally can be in the OR within 10 minutes.  Call 716-4298.

Presentation sized files are delivered via email and publication quality files are archived.  Our photographers are HIPPA aware.

How To Get Started Who is the attending physician and contact person? What is the room number and location? What will we be photographing? Is a size reference scale required? Is there a signed patient release (consent form?) If not the photographer will have the approved form. Download consent form. Prior parental approval is required for any photography of minors. A chaperone is required for clinical photographs—is one available? We are required to bill for our services - What is the billing account number? Call 716-4298
