Patient's Experiences and Desired Roles in Decision-Making Related to Treatments in Vascular Disease

What we are studying

The purpose of this study is to collect more information that will help physicians better understand patient experiences and the role they would like to play in decisions related to the treatment of vascular disease.

Who we are studying

  • Men and Women
  • Races:

    • African American
    • Asian
    • American Indian or Alaska Native
    • Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander
    • Other
  • All Ethnicities
  • Ages 18 - 100

Eligibility Criteria

  • Patients who have been diagnosed with vascular disease such as peripheral arterial disease or aortic aneurysm or cerebrovascular disease or vein disease or end-stage renal disease requiring dialysis.

What is involved

  • A brief questionnaire is administered one time either by telephone or mail or email.
