Understanding Lupus

What we are studying

This study may lead to the better understanding of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE or Lupus) and possible improvement in its diagnosis and treatment. Knowing information about your health and background will help the investigator understand how his findings relate to SLE. As part of this research study he is also asking permission to gather from your health records information on your age, sex, ethnic background, medical history and medical care.

    • American Indian or Alaska Native
    • Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander
    • Other
  • All Ethnicities
  • Ages 19 - 65

Eligibility Criteria

  • Diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE or Lupus)

What is involved

  • 1 blood sample
  • 1 questionnaire

Compensation

$20 per blood draw
