By registering for Be Involved, you have agreed to receive emails regarding active or future clinical studies conducted by Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

1 Complete the form below which requests basic information about yourself and your areas of health interest. The information you provide will create a unique profile for Be Involved to match your health interests to the most appropriate WFBMC clinical trials.
2 Use a valid email address and enter a strong password that only you will know.
You can also register using your Facebook login (no information will be shared or displayed on your Facebook account).
3 Select Register and a communication will be sent to the email address provided to confirm your registration. Complete the confirmation request and you are registered!
4 Be Involved will contact you when relevant studies become available.
